Along with his other beloved daughters, discover your treasured values and gifts, and how they are key to His purpose for your life in the Body of Christ......for that dream He has placed in your heart.
Most of us, if not all, have a passion and a dream in our heart. What is your dream? How will you pursue that dream? How can you know if your dream can become a reality? There is a way!
The Sweet Fragrance of Influence ~ Becoming a Woman of Influence
“But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us spreads and makes evident everywhere the sweet fragrance of the knowledge of Him.” 2 Corinthians 2:14 AMP
Jesus was the greatest influencer the world has ever known. Following His example, we must become women of influence and mist the sweet fragrance of Jesus, so that it permeates others that we encounter in our daily walk with Him. There are numerous examples of women of great influence throughout Scripture....and....As His Beloved Daughters, we are his hands and feet in this world that He uses so that others may see Him through us. How does influence look and how do we grow in it? Let us learn. Let us do it together. Let us do it well!
Hope Everything ~ Living a Life of Victory in Christ
“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 15: 57 NKJV
As I left the house each morning on my way to school, I would turn and tell my mom a list all of the things I wanted her to pray for that day. After a very specific and rather lengthy list, I would finally say, "just hope everything, mama".
Most, if not all of us have experienced tremendous challenges at some point in life.....some greater and more intense than others. But, the Good News is that all circumstances can be overcome. He does not want us to live our lives as victims. He has overcome the world, so that we can live lives of victory! There is one way to freedom from the chains and pains of bondage. That way is Jesus. What does that freedom mean? What does that freedom look like? How do we get there?
He Spoke ~ The Creation Power of Words
“…so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11 ESV
What happened when God spoke? What happened when Jesus spoke? What happens when we speak? Words have creative power! Words that can inflict incredible pain and harm can also be used for encouragement, edification, making evil flee, and creating hope and a future. Words have tremendous power to change lives! How will we use our words?
The Intentional Life ~ Choosing a Life of Direction & Significance
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Prov 3: 5-6 NKJV
Many, if not most people, live life by ‘the seat of their pants’ and accept and cope with or manage what happens as what is meant to be ….fate. Do you? Or…..Do you want a life of significance…a life of wonder and awe…a life that makes a positive difference in the lives of others, in your work….in the world?. Most of us long to be significant and to make a contribution to improve and add value to the lives of others. Jesus certainly did!
We are made in His image. He modeled a life of meaning and day to day purpose and significance for us to follow. You do not need money or fame to achieve this purpose in your life. The only thing that is needed is to be intentional…to live ‘on purpose’….
Jesus lived with purpose every single day. He made a difference every day. You can too! You just cannot do it alone!......Let’s learn together!
Seeking Simplicity ~ Following His Path for Life
“For our boast is this, the testimony of our conscience, that we behaved in the world with simplicity and Godly sincerity, not by earthly wisdom but by the grace of God………” 2 Corinthians 1:12 ESV
God has presented such a simple plan for our lives. He keeps things so simple. HE does not give mixed messages, nor does He use complicated twists and turns in His Plan for our lives. He has such simple and direct paths to successful living for every area of our health………Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Relational, Physical, Vocational, and Financial. What is His plan? What is our agenda? Are the two in sync? Are they congruent? How do we get to His Simplicity?
